Our commitment
We work to make the website usable for people with disabilities and welcome feedback when something creates a barrier.
Accessibility features on this site
- Clear headings, page landmarks, and a skip-to-content link.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, buttons, and expandable mission sections, with visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Explicit form labels and required-field indicators.
- Responsive layouts and reduced-motion preferences.
- Visible underlines or button shapes to identify links.
These features support accessible use; they are not a claim of formal conformance certification.
Third-party content
Payment pages, Facebook, news websites, and linked nomination forms are operated by third parties. Their accessibility can differ. Contact us if you need an alternative way to access information or participate.
In-person access
The original organization statement identifies Texas Panhandle War Memorial, 4111 S. Georgia St., Amarillo, as a regular meeting location. It describes accessible parking, a step-free entrance, wide doorways, accessible restrooms and seating, and staff or volunteer assistance.
Locations vary by event. Please contact our team before attending to confirm the location and discuss specific accommodations.
Requests, issues, and suggestions
If you encounter a barrier, tell us the page or activity, what happened, and the assistance you need.
